Customers may place orders for printed and digital editions through the SABFA online store. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed and the customer has received an order confirmation. Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR). SABFA d.o.o. is not registered for VAT. Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the order. SABFA reserves the right to change prices for future orders; any such change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Printed editions may be printed, stored, packed and dispatched by SABFA or by a third-party printing and fulfilment partner acting on SABFA’s behalf. Delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed, where available.

SABFA will use reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the indicated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures or other circumstances outside SABFA’s reasonable control.

Digital editions are supplied electronically for the personal use of the purchaser. After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased digital edition using the delivery or access method specified at checkout or in the order confirmation.

Digital editions are licensed for personal, non-transferable use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services or otherwise made available to third parties, except where permitted by applicable law.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of printed editions within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, the customer must inform SABFA of the decision to withdraw within the applicable period. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For digital editions supplied immediately after purchase, the customer may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

All intellectual property rights in the books and digital editions, including the text, illustrations, design and other content, remain with the respective copyright owner(s).

Purchase of a printed or digital edition does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer. No part of the publications may be reproduced, distributed, resold, published, uploaded, shared or used commercially without prior written permission from the copyright owner, except where permitted by applicable law.

Digital editions are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
